Conduct reading activities with elementary school children. All tutoring will take place at various district elementary schools.

EDUCATION:

THIS IS A FEDERAL WORK STUDENT JOB.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be enrolled in the current semester for at least 6 credit hours during Fall/Spring and 1 credit hour during Summer.
Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above.
If a first semester student, GPA requirement is waived.
Student must be eligible for Federal Work Study.

Education background preferred.

Spanish language background a plus, but not required.

EXPERIENCE:

Interest in working with elementary age students.

Must be able to provide own transportation to school sites.

Successful completion of background check.

Position requires that the applicant have federal work study money.
