Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst (Interventional Urology)

Coloplast has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Interventional Urology Finance team.

You will be a trusted business advisor for the Global Marketing & Innovation (GMI) team including fonancial forecasting, reporting, and continuous process improvement. In this highly visible role, you will support the GMI team with analyzing and presenting business cases that support product development and innovation. An ideal candidate will have natural curiosity, be motivated by an ever-changing industry, keep up with a growth-oriented company, and have strong Excel skills.

Major Areas of Accountability

  • Analysis, preparation and presentation of quarterly rolling financial forecasts for GMI team
  • Engage with financial business partners within the GMI team to partner on delivering financial forecast and analytics
  • Innovate or develop processes to achieve more effectiveness and efficiency within the finance department
  • Design, develop and present global business cases to senior leadership
  • Analyze, review and distribution of monthly financial reports
  • Analyze and interpret financial data for trends and variances and clearly articulate findings and recommendations to leadership
  • Develop cross-functional partnerships to support global business objectives and targets
  • Perform ad hoc financial business partner projects and analysis as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • Accounting or Finance Degree required; CPA and/or MBA degree is preferred
  • 5+ years financial analysis experience
  • Advanced Excel skills as well as Microsoft suite skills - PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Accountable and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team.
  • Ability to effectively partner with all levels (Entry level positions to Senior Management) and multiple departments to achieve objectives
  • Ability to effectively dig into the details and think at a strategic level
  • Agile and adaptable to change
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
