Job Description
Description

Responsibilities include: 

  • Deliver recruiting expertise and administration to a variety of offices and teams
  • Point person on maintaining compliance with federal, state and local employment practices
  • Drive performance management, talent management and employee engagement 
  • Administers employee recognition programs and various firm-wide employee events (including health & welfare and volunteer programs)
  • Plays an integral role in the effectiveness and maintenance of the HRIS system (UltiPro)
  • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.

 Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, 
  • HRIS system experience 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • UltiPro experience -Recruiting administration support using key ATS platforms 
  • PHR or professional similar certification
  • Background supporting professional or technical project backgrounds 
  • Knowledge of social media aspects a positive, including job postings and employment brand
  • Above average use of MS tools and related tools like Survey Monkey
