Job Description
Northeast Bank is a premier family-owned community bank that diligently works to meet the needs of our neighbors and the community that we are dedicated to serve. We have a great opportunity for a hard working individual to join our team as a Universal Teller (Monday through Friday and every other Saturday morning) at our New Brighton office.
Position responsibilities include, providing quality customer service, balancing the vault and cash recyclers, supervision of other tellers (hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, etc.) and operating computer software in a quick and efficient manner. If you enjoy working with people, you will enjoy working with our customers. You will get to know them quite well since some of them visit us 2-3 times per week.
Qualified candidates should have teller experience, excellent communication skills, customer service skills and accuracy in handling cash. The Universal Teller position requires at least a high school diploma. Starting pay is a minimum of $18/hour, but can be more depending upon experience.
