Position Description
Alliance Industries, Inc., is a privately held company with locations in Waupaca, Menasha and Marinette. We are dedicated to succeed at whatever our customers need!
Current openings in Menasha and Waupaca on all three shifts.
DUTIES
Paint Line Operator - load and unload castings on paint line; assist in equipment setup which includes paint tanks, hook changeovers, drip trays and pans on the production line; inspect all product at beginning, during and end of process for defects and quality issues; package finished product to customer specifications, among other duties.
Core Machine Operator - Perform core box setup which includes box changeovers, machine calibration, sand loading and core box alignment; inspect all product at beginning, during and end of process for defects and quality issues; process cores to include definning, applying core wash and assembly of product; package finished product to customer specifications, among other duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
High scholl diploma or equivalent (preferred), 3 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, must be able to read and interpret documents such as work instructions and quality sheets, demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to work in a group. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occsionally lift up to 75 pounds. Good attendance record is required.
