Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:

Provide leadership in development of products and processes in filtration market.

Manage a team for research and development work.

Deliver new or upgraded technologies into marketplaces within project and design guidelines.

Engage with business units to identify technology requirements, understand markets' needs and plan development activities.

Provides technical updates and high level technical support on possible product applications, evaluation of customer requirements and/or the solution of technical problems.

Recognizes obstacles to project plans and provides alternative solutions to ensure project stays within pre-established deadlines.

Keeps informed of new and improved designs, methods and other advances in engineering technology as a basis for influencing the direction of future product and process developments.

Expand new technologies by envisioning the future and inventing technical solutions to address customer and industry needs.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Polymer Science or related technical field.

Minimum of 8 years experience in the development of products or processes in an engineering or science field.

Previous supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management experience.
