We are currently accepting applications for exprienced Direct Care Support Staff to work in our Woodbury, MN homes.
Support staff are essential members of our team whose mission is to provide the highest quality of residential services for persons to enable them to reach their maximum potential.

The daily responsibilities of support staff include assisting our consumers in all areas of daily living including the following:

Administering medication

Transporting consumers to medical appointments

Accompanying consumers to activities or out in the community

Assisting consumers with cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.

Doing personal cares such as toileting, grooming, or bathing

Modeling appropriate behavior at all times

Ensuring safety and happiness of our consumers

Assisting our consumers in reaching their goals




MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or the equivalent

Valid MN or WI driver’s license

Clean driving record

Insured, reliable vehicle for use at each shift

Background Clearance as required by BCA and DHS

Medication Administration Certificate or willingness to obtain
