We are seeking an enthusiastic,self-motivated, assertive, professional individual to join our team as aPersonal Banker to meet or exceed sales goals. This individual must be outgoingwith a sales oriented personality and possess superior customer service skills.As the Personal Banker, the primary responsibilities will include:

1) Being available for our customers when needed including evenings and weekends
2) Performing in-aisle sales by strategically promoting and selling GuarantyBank products and services
3) Serving, selling and following up with customers in a friendly, confident andknowledgeable manner
4) Initiate and open new accounts
5) Performing transactions accurately in accordance with bank policies
6) Assisting in opening and closing the branch in Branch Manager's absence
7) Overriding authority
8) Other duties as assigned



Qualifications Required for Consideration:

• Must have a minimum of 6 months of previous sales, customer service orcash handling experience

• Proven track record in incentive based retail sales is highly desired

• Must be 18 years of age

• Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent

• Must be available to work evenings and weekends

• Must be reliable and have high personal integrity

• Must be energetic and self-motivated

• Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to become a leader in the branch

• Bilingual is a plus in some markets

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
