Owatonna Hospital, located in Owatonna, Minn., approximately 60 miles south of Minneapolis, provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient services to approximately 35,000 inpatients and outpatients annually. It has 340 employees and 36 staffed beds. More than 52 active Owatonna Clinic-Mayo Health System physicians and consulting physician specialists work hand-in-hand with hospital-based physicians to provide a continuity of compassionate care for all patients.


Responsibilities:


Site level senior leadership position. 7 department managers reporting. Participate in overall strategic direction of the site, evaluate and implement new programs and services, drive efficiencies and quality improvement, and achieve high levels of employee engagement and patient satisfaction.


Qualifications:


Education:
MBA/MHA

Experience:
7+ years leadership and interdisciplinary hospital management experience.

Skills:
Communication, both verbal and written. Positive leadership, accountable for results, team builder, ability to inspire vision and purpose, creative and innovative, risk taking and implementation, critical thinking, and thinks and acts strategically.
