Responsibilities:
Evaluating patients, developing the therapy plan of care for patients, developing short and long term goals for patients, implementing the appropriate treatment, documenting per policies and procedures, maintaining high productivity and performing timely and accurate charging of interventions.
Qualifications:
Minimum BA or BS from accredited PT program, licensed in MN. CPR certification.
2 years experience preferred. Good working knowledge in the area of orthopedics and neurology a plus.
Strong interpersonal, organization and conflict management skills. Ability to function independently. Must be adaptable and flexible.
Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
36 hours per week
Day shifts; Baylor Program - (9 hour days to include every Saturday and Sunday as well as 2 weekdays either before, after or before and after the Saturday and Sunday worked.) The person in this position will work 36 hours and be paid for 40 hours each week.
