Community Outreach to People with Disabilities

These organizations are participating in our exclusive Community Outreach program. Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with People with Disabilities receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications (known as JobCasts™) can be customized by location, profession, education and experience.

CCP was instrumental in helping people transition from restrictive, institutional settings to an inclusive, community-based lifestyle. Currently, CCP serves over 185 individuals from the seven-county Twin Cities metro area. CCP’s philosophy has always been to provide positive, meaningful services which allow individual’s to use their skills and to be able to choose and find what they would like to do.

Our commitment to helping individuals achieve success in the community despite significant psychiatric disabilities dates back to the early 1970’s. Today, we assist approximately 700 Minnesotans on any given day, serving more than 1,213 over the course of a year.
