Community Outreach to Diversity Organizations

| These organizations are participating in our exclusive Community Outreach program. Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with Diversity Organizations receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications (known as JobCasts™) can be customized by location, profession, education and experience. |
Adult Options In Education - St. Louis Park Adult Options In Education is an adult basic education program serving, and supported by, the community education departments of the Hopkins, Minnetonka and St. Louis Park school districts, along with the Hennepin County Adult Correctional Facility. |

Amicus - Reconnect Program RECONNECT provides re-entry services that help inmates prepare for release and gives ex-offenders much-needed resources in their search for jobs, housing, clothing, family services and more. We also participate in numerous support classes such as SRD (Stop the Revolving Door), TRIAD (Chemical Dependency Unit), Sex Offender classes, Mock Job Fairs, and Transition Fairs. |

Aurora/St. Anthony Neighborhood Development Corporation The Aurora St. Anthony Neighborhood Development Corporation's (ASANDC) purpose is to address the needs of neighborhood quality of life issues, advocacy, and community economic and housing development. Our mission is to foster positive relationships within and between neighborhoods, and to support its community members in effecting their choices relative to the quality of life in their neighborhoods. |

Blaine Learning Lab Metro North ABE is a free program to help adults age 16 years or older (who are not enrolled in a secondary school) develop basic skills; such as reading, writing, math, work skills, English and technology. Several sites are located in northern Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area.

Community Action Council CAC is able to provide holistic, long-term services for families and the community because all staff are trained to provide basic assistance in a multitude of areas including: food, financial assistance, child care, child neglect and maltreatment, domestic violence, sexual assault, safety planning, mentoring partnerships, and school success. When more intensive services are needed in a particular area, interdisciplinary teams, comprised of staff with the needed expertise, work directly with the family until problems are resolved. |

We accomplish our mission through community engagement initiatives, including the Community Blueprint to End Poverty. We also provide direct services to low-income families through our Energy Assistance, Energy Conservation, Foundations for Success, Head Start and Early Head Start, Self-Sufficiency, and Senior Nutrition programs. |

Employee Development Corporation Employee Development Corporation (EDC) is a private rehabilitation firm, certified by the State of Minnesota, which provides Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) services to persons who are industrially injured. We work with all parties (employers, insurers, attorneys, doctors, etc.) who are involved with each injured worker, coordinating their input within a rehabilitation process to result in that worker's return to suitable work as quickly and safely as possible. |

Employment Action Center - Jobs for Veterans Program Over the past five years, the Jobs for Veterans program has served over 1,500 veterans from every branch of the military by helping them to find employment. Partnering with the Minnesota National Guard, Reserve units and veteran service organizations, we provide tools, resources, and referrals for success in job search and career transition.

Equality LGBT - University of Minnesota Morris E-Quality is an organization for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex ( GLBT or QLBTQIA ) students and allies of GLBT's at the University of Minnesota - Morris . Through social events, educational programs, pride activism and political awareness, we strive to end stereotyping. We work to promote an understanding of and equal rights for GLBT's and for diversity. |
