Benco Dental is searching for an HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Implementation Intern for the Summer 2024 semester with the potential to continue into the Fall.

This internship will be an ideal fit for a highly motivated Business Major who is looking to gain hands-on experience working closely with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. This internship is designed to provide valuable exposure to the business world and help you develop essential skills and knowledge in areas such as HR, finance, operations, and strategy.

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience in data analysis and ability to give feedback to stakeholders

• Detail oriented

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

• Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative support and assisting with project planning, execution, and follow-up. Help track project milestones, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including: team members, clients, and vendors.

• Participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions to share ideas, gather feedback, and contribute to team goals and objectives.

• Support the configuration of the HRIS system based on business requirements and best practices.

• Assist in the analysis of existing HR data and facilitate the migration of data from legacy systems to the new HRIS.

• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures related to the HRIS implementation. Ensure that documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

• Participate in testing activities to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the HRIS system. This includes conducting user acceptance (UAT) and providing feedback to the implementation team.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate Business or HR program. If you are a May 2024 graduate, you do not qualify.

• Ability to work 24 hours per week

• Be located close to Pittston, PA for onsite work
