Job Overview

Enterprise Quality Engineer will work with projects that are driven by process improvement, operations capital investment plan, overall ROI, product development initiatives and the operations business plan. Intermediate to advanced skill level that requires minimal to no supervision. Makes independent decisions, provides guidance and expertise, may have some ownership of processes or programs, and ability to create and drive strategy with minimal supervision.

Highlights of your role
    Support the implementation and management of quality management system processes including, ISO & CE certifications and standard operating procedures.
  • Support Engineering efforts to analyze, identify, and resolve production line problems in order to meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Support operations efforts to analyze, identify, and mitigate/resolve risks related to product performance.
  • Serve as a resource to internal departments to resolve issues related to incoming parts and develop corrective actions.
  • Organize and schedule quality audits, develop and manage supporting documentation and communicate results.
  • Observe continuous improvement testing efforts and coordinate root cause analysis of product failures.
  • Support Research and Development efforts to correct any issues with current products.
  • Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to reduce instances of field service calls.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • 4-6 years experience, contingent on competency and capability
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
  • Demonstrated, strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Demonstrated, strong and effective cross functional team collaboration and engagement
  • Leading and developing a team of individuals
  • Ability to use measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape measures, pin gages, feeler gages, measurement probe, and optical comparator strongly preferred
