Overview

Summary

The Alliance Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating and executing marketing plans with strategic Alliance Partners to drive demand generation and pipeline growth within C1. This position collaborates closely with the C1 Alliance Director(s) and Alliance Partner organization to execute multi-channel marketing plans that combine website, digital marketing, email, sales engagement, prospect events and other marketing tactics to achieve company growth goals. These strategies should align with C1 business objectives and Alliance Partner program guidelines while maintaining the C1 brand standards.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

    Acts as the marketing lead for assigned Alliance Partners
  • Executes partner marketing programs to to support sales pipeline growth and customer retention, maximizing partner investments to C1
  • Projects manage integrated marketing campaigns that include webinars, paid search, email, online advertising, and other demand generation tactics with C1 cross functional team
  • Proposes, executes, and claims partner Market Development Fund (MDF) within the requirements for each Alliance Partner
  • Measures, analyzes, and reports on results of marketing activities
  • Reviews and analyzes tactics to ensure activities are driving leads with the most potential and implement action plans to address gaps
  • Ensures that content and messaging is supportive of and consistent with corporate strategies
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years partner marketing experience working in technology
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Successful track record in planning and executing business and marketing plans
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and nurture strategies
  • Proven ability to successfully execute within deadlines and budget
  • Very strong organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing programs/projects across cross-functional and virtual teams
  • Solid understanding of market segmentation; strategy, planning, and execution of marketing activities

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing preferred

Pay Range

$90,000 - $130,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
