The Healthcare Data Analytics Manager at Lifespark is responsible for managing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of healthcare data to support decision-making and improve patient outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external entities, and healthcare stakeholders to influence and drive evidence-based healthcare decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare informatics, data analytics, or computer science. (Equivalent experience may also be considered.)
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques, tools, and statistical software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, SAS, etc.).
  • Proven experience leading teams or large initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Value Based Care, CMS risk adjustment models, healthcare policy and/or healthcare market dynamics is a plus.
