This role will partner with senior level client services managers assigned to the company's largest strategic accounts. The role will work with directly with internal and external partners including consultants, organizational leadership on projects as required by contractual requirements, vendor needs and changes in federal and state laws. The role will serve as back up to assigned accounts on both an internal and external basis. The ideal candidate will have strong written, verbal, analytical, change and project management skills. Must have a broad experience in all phases of benefits administration and feel comfortable in the reporting space.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve both internal and external support for assigned accounts.
  • Project manage client change requirements, leading process improvement initiatives.
  • IT change management process lead when needed.
  • Partner closely with Client Services Manager- Corporate Accounts or Strategic Account Executive assigned to strategic account to research, develop and build presentations (including RFP responses and reporting decks).
  • Serve as day-to-day liaison and provide oversight between customer care and other internal operational units.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience OR 7+ years of applicable experience without degree
  • Relevant experience includes Account Management, Group Health, Benefits Administration, Human Resources, etc.
  • Wisconsin Life and Health License or the ability to obtain within the first 90-days of employment
  • Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Point proficiency required

Skills and Abilities:

  • Process improvement and change management experience.
  • Account implementation experience.
  • Strong verbal and written skills including building presentations.
  • Ability to build reports and work with data.
  • Develop and cultivate trusted adviser relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Track and clearly communicate the progress of initiatives and stated metrics to internal and external stakeholders, as applicable.
  • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Responsible for collaborating with the Sales team to successfully on-board and integrate new clients.

    This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office, Madison, for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.

    The full salary range for this position is $60,000 - $102,800. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
