POSITION SUMMARY

This role is responsible for being the main point of contact/subject matter expert for process and system related issues and questions within the P21 system. The role is also responsible for providing detailed analysis, technical support, incident resolution and follow-up activities for WINA P21 users.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with key-users and end-users within the WINA organization as the primary point of contact on P21 technical issues.
  • Provides support on incoming P21 incidents while troubleshooting, providing root cause analysis and resolution of issues using Ivanti.
  • Coordinate the escalation of higher level system issues to the WINA P21 Consultant team.
  • Assists with training sessions for new and existing employees on process and system functions related to department specific processes and procedures.
  • Assists with developing and updating training materials, processes and work instructions.
  • Assists with testing for P21 system upgrades, patching and implementation projects
  • Perform special projects to ensure consistency and accuracy of system parameters, process and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • 1-2 years Process or Project Support Experience.
  • 1-2 years experience with Epicor Prophet 21.
  • 1-2 years experience with Epicor Prophet 21 dyna change designer
  • Able to identify productivity and improvement opportunities, work with people cross-functionally, and deliver results.
  • Experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using ITSM platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • SQL knowledge, SSRS reporting writing, crystal reports
  • Strong trouble shooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills via telephone, email, written documentation and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey information to end users.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
  • Ability to train individuals on Sales module functions and processes
  • May involve travel up to ~25%
