The Post Doctoral Associate will work in a consortium of labs/PIs within the University of Minnesota within Departments of Psychiatry, Neuroscience and Biomedical Engineering in a joint collaborative partnership on neuroimaging informed neuromodulation in human participants in the Center for Magnetic Resonance Research (CMRR) with Dr. Hamed Ekhtiari and Dr. Kelvin Lim's leadership. This consortium is interested in closing the loop between neuromodulation and fMRI. This consortium is mainly interested in the network level perturbation using high-definition neuromodulation. The Post Doctoral Associate will be in charge for neuromodulation and neuroimaging hardware and software arrangements, recruiting participants, collecting data, data analyzing, and publishing the results

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
-Patient recruitment process and data collection (60%)
-Preparation of scientific reports and paper writing (25%),
-Data analytics (10%)
-Grant writing (5%)
Required Qualifications:
*PhD, MD or equivalent.
*Coding knowledge with MATLAB, Python and R
*Ability to work safely within the MR environment
*Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for teamwork and recruitment purposes
*Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds on a regular basis
Preferred Qualifications:
*MD or PhD in biomedical or electrical engineering, physics, computer science, cognitive neuroscience or related fields
*Brain imaging data analysis with expertise in individual-specific brain network organization
*Individual and group level computational head modeling for electric fields in transcranial electrical stimulation (tES),
*Multi-modal neuroimaging fusion, brain network dynamics and optimization algorithms analysis.
