Job Description

Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Security Systems Program Manager - to join our - team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary: FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week, days, Monday - Friday.

A Security Systems and Technology Program Manager is responsible for managing major, mid-sized, or multiple smaller projects. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of a project, beginning to end, with direct accountability of coordinating resources, communicating status, managing timelines, and ensuring project completion. The Program Manager communicates project adherence to the budget, timeline, and deliverables identified within the project scope. The person is also the main conduit to other departments as it relates to integrations, dependencies and maintaining a strong relationship with how Security Systems and Technologies are integrated throughout the organization.

Work Schedule:

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of successful project management experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Four year college degree and/or 7+ years of equivalent experience.

5+ years' experience with Security Systems and Technology and/or information systems.

Knowledge of Project Management Software tools.

Licensure / Registration / Certification:

Certification: ASIS PSP (Physical Security Professional)

PMP - Project Management Professional Certification
