This position is eligible for a $1,500 retention bonus ($1,500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Salary Range

$58,256.71 - $67,455.14

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Canvas Health's mental health and substance use disorder providers, clinicians, and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes, the community, and in our clinics. Position Summary

This position works directly with youth, their families, school staff, and mental health providers. It provides a full spectrum of outpatient treatment services for adolescents including assessment, group facilitation, individual and family sessions, service coordination, and serves as an integral member of our substance use treatment team. It incorporates an asset/strength-based philosophy and requires creative use of knowledge in the delivery of cognitive behavioral interventions and the coordination of services. This position is collaborative in nature, requires working closely with and being sensitive to relationships with school staff, Court Services, Social Services, substance use providers, mental health providers, managed care, and various other community resources.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in human services or related field
• Thirty (30) hours of adolescent development training
• Possess a MN LADC licensure
• Possess your Rule 25 certification
• Five (5) or more years' experience working with substance use disorders
• Experience working with Court Services, Social Services and Managed Care networks

Preferred Qualifications

• One-year supervisory experience
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse population
