This position is eligible for a $6,000 retention bonus ($3,000 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Salary Range

Clinical Trainee Base Salary: $58,256.71 - 67,455.14

Therapist - Fully Licensed Base Salary: $66,752.48 - $77,292.35

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Position Summary

This clinical position is responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments and providing ongoing Adult Day Treatment or group psychotherapy and some individual therapy to adults. Primarily office-based services with clients who might be hybrid and flexibility for hybrid depending on client needs.

Schedule

This position primarily works Monday - Friday, typical hours are between the hours of 9 am to 5 or 7 pm.

Minimum Qualifications

Licensed Mental Health Professional

• Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling

AND

• Must currently have a LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure.

Clinical Trainee

• Master's degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, psychology, or clinical counseling and must have or be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience is preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience with Group work
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
• PhD Level LP or LICSW preferred for insurance reimbursement.
