The Production Operator II ensures food products meet quality specifications by operating and adjusting machinery and equipment. This role maintains proper settings, supplies, documentation, cleanliness, and organization while adhering to food safety rules, good manufacturing processes, production schedules, and recipes. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of manufacturing experience, equipment and product knowledge, and troubleshooting abilities.
Responsibilities:
Operate and adjust machinery & equipment to ensure accuracy and proper food specifications
Maintain settings on equipment and ensure supplies are full
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred
2 years of manufacturing experience
Equipment and product knowledge
Equipment and product troubleshooting ability
Must be at least 18 years of age
