ABOUT THIS POSITION

This is an associate or management level position that will require strong skills in communications, collaboration, project management and problem solving. This person must be highly adaptable and able to operate in a high growth, rapidly changing business - - having an aptitude for building from scratch is critical. Key responsibilities will include creating and implementing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and providing analytic support to the Inspire field sales organization. In addition to partnering with field sales leaders, this position will interface with Finance, Marketing, IT and other functional areas to ensure sales and organizational objectives are achieved. The individual in this role must be flexible with changing priorities and able to work in a fast-growing, team-first environment.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

  • Regularly analyze sales trends/behaviors and meet with senior sales management frequently to provide insight to help make business decisions which drive a long-term strategic plan
  • Assist sales leadership and management in short-term and long-term headcount planning, territory design, account alignment proposals, and identifying future expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate cross functionally and provide detailed sales analysis to support Annual Operating and Strategic Plan targets
  • Partner with finance to track and report account, territory, and regional growth and profitability metrics
  • Prepare and manage the sales organization budget and identify possible efficiencies as organization becomes more profitable
  • Manage quarterly business review process for field sales leaders
  • Work in close collaboration with sales and senior leadership to design tools and reports that will aid in the achievement of corporate objectives
  • Work closely with Sales Operations counter parts on reporting design, optimization, and implementation based on feedback from the field
  • Train sales field on business analysis and report creation which enable them to recognize trends in a timely fashion
  • Ad hoc data analysis and insights reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years relevant business experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Finance
  • High level of proficiency working in MS Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated aptitude to master data visualization software applications
  • Highly competent project manager able to prioritize, execute and report on projects
  • Demonstrated skills building and maintaining relationships, problem solving and strategic thinking
  • Ability to correlate results from data analysis to sales processes to surface insights and support business decisions
  • Hi aptitude for leading up - strong communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Continuously curious and investigative by nature.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with Power BI for data visualization & data modeling (highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated understanding of data models
  • Direct experience working for a high growth business
  • Consumer oriented, active implantable medical device industry
