In this newly created leadership role, you will help make UnitedHealth Group's consumer obsessed digital vision come to life and lead the organization through a complete transformation of digital experiences serving health plan members, employers and providers. This leader will deliver on the end-to-end digital Engineering strategy, lead an integrated team focused on driving continuous, metrics-backed improvements to all facets of the digital experience (with a focus on consumer experience), product and engineering disciplines.
The SVP, Digital Engineering - Optum Consumer will report to the Chief Digital Officer for UnitedHealth Group (who has full accountability for both Optum & UnitedHealthcare businesses) and have end-to-end accountability for leading the digital capabilities and engineering for consumer digital experiences for all of Optum. This role will partner across all of Optum and external partners to oversee (and be accountable for) end-to-end digital experiences.
Candidates for this role will need to be seasoned executive engineering leaders with deep expertise in digital product growth, have proven experience designing new business cases, deep understanding of direct-to-consumer digital products and ecosystems, and how to optimize cost and reuse for multiple brands.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
