The Lead IT Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining applications using a variety of technologies like Informatica, shell scripting, SQL and ETL to support multiple lines of Business and IT initiatives. This position is responsible for technical analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of IT solutions / Data warehouse solutions to support Medica business. And play critical role in migrating the Medica data warehouse (IDM, ADM) into Snowflake environment. Employee is required to accurately track work time based on project and/or daily work activities according to Finance department guidelines This position combines the role of data analyst, developer, consultant, troubleshooter, extract, transform and load (ETL).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
• 7 years of work experience beyond degree (ex. 11 years of experience without a bachelor's degree required)
• Experience in data warehouse environment and building ETL solutions using Informatica & Oracle etc. required
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL is required
• Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing experience required
• Knowledge of Snowflake & cloud environment required
• Strong data analysis skills required
• Experience working in an agile/scrum environment required
• Experience in healthcare environment preferred

• Ability to identify solutions to complex problems and business processes using tools and technologies to improve efficiency through automation, re-use, design patterns, and best practices

This position is a Remote role. The employee must be located in any state in which Medica is an employer and will work remotely 100% of the time.

The full salary range for this position is $96,000 -$164,500. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
