Genesis10 is seeking a HEDIS Quality Improvement Lead for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote.

Job Description:
HEDIS Quality Improvement Lead
to lead the advancement of initiative improvement strategy, operational execution, and performance oversight in an effort to maintain strong HEDIS Stars results. The individual will lead the team in defining improvement objectives focused on clinical gap closure, health outcomes, and improved member experience. Focused on STARS Improvement development programs designed to increase the plan quality and will partner with leaders regarding implementation planning. Responsible for review and communication of results of programs.

Skillset and experience requirements:
  • Expert in HEDIS and Medicaid specifications, processes, and schedules
  • Experience developing comprehensive Medicaid program to support state measure needs, development, and reporting
  • Ability to drive internal and external partnerships to coordinate, guide, and oversee implementation of clinical measures, as well as all related regulatory activities and reporting
  • Able to interpret and present complicated and large data sets to identify trends, data scenarios, and opportunities for improved member health and measure compliance
  • Ability to decipher regulatory literature and effectively communicate impacts and changes
  • Able to analyze data to solve a wide variety of business problems and creation of data visualizations that drive strategic vision
  • Will partner with IT and HEDIS NCQA-certified vendor on tool and reporting enhancements
  • Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with key upstream and downstream partners
  • Ensures data quality, timeliness and accuracy
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Master's Degree preferred)
  • RN
  • Proficiency in compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data trends and working with large data sets
  • Data analysis and data interpretation experience
  • Superb communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively communicate across teams, levels and functions
  • Project management experience
  • Self-starter
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • HEDIS and/or Medicaid Experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, SAS, or other data systems

Compensation:
  • Hourly W2 pay rate $75.00 - $83.00
  • We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
