Job Schedule:
FT, Monday through Friday, requires occasional evenings and will be part of the Weekend Department Manager rotation.
Required Job Skills:
The Admissions/Marketing Director (AMD) is a key member of the facility management team, supporting the health care center and overall campus. This position will report to the Care Center Administrator with a strong dotted line to the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing. This position is responsible for adhering to Augustana Care’s admission protocols and marketing the health care center to influencers using a strategic marketing plan. Through admission/marketing practices the AMD will generate consistent admissions in order to maintain a census level and payer mix at or above budget.
