Retail Account Manager
The Retail Account Manager will be a key player in expanding the scope, reach, and revenue of the Sigma Beauty global distribution network. The Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating important commercial partnerships and will support the wholesale team in the goals of identifying new commercial avenues and driving business growth.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizing, assessing and responding to requests from retailers wishing to become members of the Sigma Beauty distribution network
Generating increased sales with established client accounts, revitalizing dormant accounts
Producing new customer leads
Maintaining relationships with wholesale clients
Assisting with wholesale customer service initiatives
Organizing special order management for clients with proprietary ordering systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
3 to 5 years’ experience in professional business development or similar role
Strong interpersonal and relational aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytic and organizational skills
Team-oriented and adaptable; possessing problem-solving acumen
Ability and desire to thrive in a start-up environment
International experience and foreign languages are a plus
