Job Purpose: Assist referring clinics and patients with their requests to schedule a procedure or an office visit appointment.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Previous customer service experience is required. 1-2 years of scheduling experience in a Call Center environment is preferred.
