Responsibilities
 
  • The efficiency of all manufacturing processes and the final quality of all products
  • Work within the general guidelines established by the President to accomplish company-wide goals relating to safety, productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and budgets
  • As a member company leadership, advise on and support top-level decisions
 
Requirements/abilities
 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Significant manufacturing and operations experience
  • Lead and manage a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing business with over $55mil in annual sales
 
Wage/benefits
 
  • Salary heavily dependent on experience
