JAVA SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Are you a Software Engineer who loves a wide variety of challenges? Do you enjoy using a variety of

Our Product Development organization is looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer who will
help the company advance the software to the next level of quality and scalability by designing,
implementing, and creating tools, automating manual processes, automating functional tests and
helping drive scalability in the most efficient way.
What You'll Do:
Work in a collaborative team environment to deliver new product features
Develop across a wide variety of skill sets including, REST API, SQL and database optimization,
socket I/O processing, multithreaded applications
Add your personal stamp to the evolution of Calabrio's Call Recording and Quality
Management solutions
What we are looking for:
Passion for creating world class software products
Self-initiative in research and technical learning
4 year degree in Computer Science or similar field
5 or more years working experience developing with Java
