POSITION TITLE: e-Commerce Marketing Analyst

HOURS: Will work Monday thru Friday, approx 40 hours per week.

DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for deploying primary marketing communications through email database management as well as providing information and insights regarding customers, marketshare, competitors and campaign effectiveness, measuring performance and supporting business decisions. This position is responsible for developing, measuring and continously optimizing the performance of the e-commerce marketing strategies including direct mail, email marketing, key words, banner ads, and search engine optimization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, decision sciences or quantitative fields. 5+ years experience in data driven consumer marketing and e-commerce. Experience in search engine optimization, click path analysis, conversion ratio management, A/B testing techniches. Customer database management and analytics. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business peridoicals, professional journals, or governmental regualtions. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees and the general public. Abilty to communicate effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical skills and able to sort through large amounts of data to find meaningful insights. Ability to mulit task and prioritize. Demonstarte good judgement and decision making skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and email systems. Hands-on experience with Oracle databases, SQL and foundtaional knowledge of relational databases with strong ability to interpret findings.
