Skills and characteristics we are looking for:

• Five to seven years non-retail sales experience. Commission only sales experience a plus.
• High energy, positive, smart and willing to learn a new industry
• Competitive, have the drive and passion to succeed, and deliver your best at all times
• Confident with your analytical thinking and math skills
• You can communicate effectively and professionally
• You can motivate others to achieve goals
• You have a positive attitude and like a creative environment
• You are smart and flexible enough to learn a new industry
• Can understand urgency - this is a fast paced industry with a short sales cycle
