Snow Plow Operator (Full and Part Time Positions Available)

1. Demonstrate competent operation and performance of assigned service line and performance standards.
2. Ensure that quality standards are being met within estimated timelines.
3. Assist customers with snow operation and/or production requests and/or concerns per performance standards.
4. Demonstrate competent operation and maintenance of assigned service line equipment, truck, and trailer.
5. Assist with the organization, cleaning, and basic upkeep at all facilities as well as assigned crews equipment and trucks.
6. Adhere to all employment related issues as described by RX policies, Federal, State, and Local ordinances, OSHA, Americans with Disability Act, Clean Indoor Act, and others as required.

1. Physical labor up to and including bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting up to 50 lbs, snow shoveling, and manage flexible work schedule
2. Current driver's license and clean driving record. Some job duties will require a commercial driver’s license.
3. Demonstrates leadership ability and efficient communication skill with respect to client and employee concerns.
4. Demonstrates basic organizational, problem solving, and leadership skills with respect to client and employee concerns.
5. Demonstrates basic snow plowing knowledge..
6. Basic Computer and phone skills
7. Perform manual labor, including repeated physical bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
