Job Description:
- Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Bernick brands in retail stores.
- Partner with Market Manager/Lead Merchandiser to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.
- Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction.
- Identify incremental sales opportunities for Market Managers to pursue.
- Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
- Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
- Available to work every other weekend and holidays.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
- 18 years of age or older.
- Lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
- Push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to use powered and non-powered pallet jacks, forklift, and 2 and 6 wheel carts.
- Computer knowledge.
- Valid Class D driver's license and a good driving record that meets company standards (going back 7 years.
