As a Program Manage for IP you have the opportunitymanage In-Home Services, Supportive Employment Services, and Independent Living Services for adults and children with developmental disabilities and mental illness. Responsibilities include: supervision and training of staff, creating and implementing outcomes, maintaining updated consumer files, ensuring licensing requirements and CARF standards are met and maintained, attending team meetings, supporting and assisting consumers with various life and job related goals.
Requirements: Applicants must have health care experience and managerial experience.
Preferred candidates: Previous managerial experience working with some challenging behaviors.
Schedule: Daytime hours Monday-Friday with some evening and occasional weekends as needed.
Compensation: $30,000/yr + Incredible Benefits
