PROGRAM MANAGERS
Meridian Services
 
Orion, Meridian, Zenith and Orion ISO are four individual, but affiliated, rapidly growing companies, interrelated with each other, to varying degrees, by history, ownership and business functions. Orion Associates is a management company which offers management services, such as Human Resources, Staffing, Training, Payroll, and Finance to the other three companies. Meridian Services provides the majority of services through residential programs for the developmentally disabled, In-Home Services programs, Case Management and Guardianship, as well as a range of smaller programs. Zenith Services is a vocational program for adults with disabilities. Orion ISO is a consumer directed service company that makes it possible for families to direct their own services, hire their own staff, and manage their own budgets.

Job Description
Opportunity to manage a home for adults and/or adolescent children with DD and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include direct care, supervision and training of staff, oversight of consumers programs, licensing regulations and overall management of the home.
 
Schedule
The typical hours are daytime Monday-Friday; however, the site runs 24 hours a day, including Holidays. You must be flexible in your schedule to accommodate the needs of the program. This may include evenings and weekends. Program Managers are on-call Sunday evening at 10:00 PM through Friday evening at 5:00 PM and are on a rotating weekend on-call schedule. 
 
Requirements
Must be 21 years and older. Those 18-20 will not be able to work at certain programs due to licensing requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record as determined by Meridian Services policy.
  • Current vehicle insurance.
  • Previous experience working with behaviors required.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • QMRP preferred
