- Over eight years of experience in staffing and strategic sales, with advanced skills in managing all phases of the recruiting process including screening, hiring, on-boarding, training, and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience working in a quality, technical, or engineering role a must.
- Track record of success in growing Staffing sales with manufacturers, sourcing the best talent for client companies, and supporting company vision and goals.
