Minnesota Epilepsy Group provides comprehensive care including differential diagnosis, medical and surgical treatment, and education services for children, teens, and adults with epilepsy. We are recognized by National Association Epilepsy Centers (NAEC) as a Level 4 Epilepsy Center. Minnesota Epilepsy Group is a growing organization with opportunities for physician assistants to join our interdisciplinary team and work with us in one of our long-term monitoring units that are within United Hospital (St. Paul) and Abbott Northwestern Hospital (Minneapolis).
We are looking for individuals that are self-starters and want to have the benefit of working autonomously. Applicants will also professionally enjoy:
Managing a caseload of adult patients, including H & P’s, orders, prescriptions, and documentation, in collaboration with MD’s and interdisciplinary team members in an inpatient hospital setting.
Coordinating care with other healthcare providers
Providing epilepsy education to patients, families and other care providers
Participating in research activities, clinical trials and publications
Our only requirement is a current Minnesota PA licensure or Minnesota licensure eligible. Will train the right candidate, including new graduates!
