Beaudry Oil & Propane is a growing family owned company that has been in business for 35 years. We are currently looking for a result-driven Lubricant sales representative to join our fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Presenting, promoting and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers
Reach potential customers and/or incoming leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolutions of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules
Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Suggest ways to improve sales
Continuously improve through feedback
Inside and Outside sales
Requirements
Working knowledge of the Lubricant industry including Motor, Antifreezes, Hydraulics, Transmission, Industrial and Way Oils.
Proven 2+ years of work experience as a sales representative.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Friendly/energetic personality that is highly motivated
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
