-Demonstrated leadership in school management, curriculum, instruction, and staff development.

-Knowledge and experience working with diverse ethnic and socio-economic groups

-Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication

-Demonstrated skills and experience in interpreting and using test scores and other school data to lead teachers in school improvement efforts

-Previous experience as a High School Principal preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
-Lead the school community in achieving the goals of the school and district; interpret and use school data for purposes of school improvement; budgeting; curiculum and struction; staff development; staff supervision and evaluation; develop staffing model
