Capstone Services has an excellent opportunity for you to join a team of professionals providing residential services in a client-centered social service organization. The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate and supervise the day to day operations of the program, and ensure that all contracted Supervised Living Service (SLS). A Site Coordinator is assigned the authority, responsibility, and sole accountability to carry out the duties during normal and unusual operating conditions. This Full Time, Exempt position will oversee the daily operations of a group home in the St. Paul and surrounding suburban areas serving adults with MR/MI. TBI, QMRP and 1-2 years of related experience is required.


Job Qualifications
Required:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Qualified Mental Retardation Professional
• One Year experience in the provision of a habilitation services
• Must have Behavior management Skills for persons with developmental disabilities or related conditions
• Highly Organized
• Must hold a valid driver’s license

Desired:

• Two years experience in the provision of a habilitation services
• More than two years of Behavior management to persons with developmental or physical disabilities
• One year supervisory experience
