|Must have exceptional client service and sales skills and consistently maintain a positive attitude. Must be a team player who is supportive of the Mission, Vision, and Values of KleinBank. Provide outstanding client service to proactively sell the bank's products to clients and potential clients. Work as part of the online account opening team to ensure individual and bank/branch goals are met. Maintain a favorable image of the bank by conducting themselves in a professional, courteous manner while providing outstanding client service. A Personal Banker III will serve as a primary member of the bank's internal and external sales force and will focus on client relationships.|
|1.Proactively provide information to clients regarding products and services, primarily over the phone in a high volume call center environment.|
2.Prospect current customers through Outbound calling campaigns to maximize client relationships.
3.Develop relationships with clients to proactively identify client's needs.
4.Provide prompt, friendly and courteous service to all clients and team members.
5.Acquire and maintain knowledge of all required compliance procedures. Attend and complete required compliance training.
6.Have in-depth knowledge and ability to sell deposit and retail lending products/services.
7.Solicit, sell and close retail loans
8.Monitor the online account acquisition process, including system responses and decision referrals.
9.Open and close online banking deposit accounts and perform customer account change requests.
10.Retain clients and increase the level of products used by clients.
11.Recognize opportunities to cross-sell bank products, including business loans and make appropriate referrals according to performance standards.
12.Handle completion of forgery affidavits and fraudulent account inquiries.
13.May have Series 7 license.
14.Meet attendance and scheduling requirements for required shifts including possible Saturday rotations.
15.Performs other duties as assigned.
|3 - 5 Years Experience|
|3 to 5 years of banking experience preferred.Minimum of 2 to 3 years retail lending experience.|
