Assisting internal customers with sourcing supplies and prototypes.
Processing purchase requisitions, including order placement and confirmation.
Matching the purchase order, packing list, and purchase receipt for Accounting.
Work with appropriate parties to resolve issues with receipts and invoices.
Keeping internal customers informed of delivery dates.
Coordinating the procurement and delivery of assigned commodities from suppliers.
Coordinating the return of products to suppliers.
Researches and recommends suppliers to internal customers.
Coordinates dispositions of NCMR’s.
Receives incoming shipments and moves inventory throughout the ERP system.
Inventory monitoring:
Regularly monitors on-site inventories and works with Sr. Supply Chain Manager to take appropriate action to replenish.
Performs cycle counts of product.
May assist Operations Group with year-end inventory process counts at remote sites and on site.
Supplier Performance & Relationship Management:
Cultivates relationships with key partners including regular communication as deemed appropriate by management.
On occasion visit supplier sites and may assist with supplier audits.
Other:
Provide assistance to Sr. Supply Chain Manager with updating and maintaining supply chain portion of ERP system.
Provide assistance to Sr. Supply Chain Manager in determining reorder points, warehouse stocking levels and Kanban levels for Manufacturing.
Minimum:
Associates Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience placing purchase orders, managing suppliers and/or contract manufacturers.
Domestic sourcing experience
Previous experience within supply planning, sourcing, and supplier management.
Knowledge of business processes and ERP/MRP systems.
High level of professionalism.

Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
3-5 years of experience in Sourcing and Supply Chain within a medical device manufacturing company.
Expert knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; preferably Microsoft Navision.
Knowledgeable in Supply Chain requirements of ISO 13485.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of quality system expectations.
