Construction Materials Testing Technician

Job Description
Northern Technologies, a geotechnical and construction materials testing firm, has openings for entry level Engineering Technicians. The positions are seasonal, with chance of permanent employment based on work performance.
The successfull candidates will be physically able to lift samples (concrete, bituminous, etc.) and operate machinery, must have a good base understanding in math, measurements, weight, etc.
Good communication skills, reliable, punctual and have a desire to learn while on the job.
A clean driving record is required, candidates with DUI's or multiple moving violations will not be considered. A background check will be performed prior to employment.
Seasonal Technicians earn between $12 and $16 per hour depending on experience. Should a permanent offer of employment be received, benefits will be provided which include dental, vision, medical, 401k.
