First Financial Merchant Services is a successful local merchant services sales company looking for someone in the Twin Cities with the drive and motivation that we can show how to coach and train a new outside sales team (no travel required). We are expanding and would like to fill this position before the end of 2012. It's a great time to train and get up to speed, build your foundation with us before the new year gets off to a crazy fast start!

If you have solid sales experience - great, we will train you in the merchant services industry. We are looking for someone with the willingness and drive to learn this industry from experts in the business...someone willing to work hard and create long term success and growth. You will be coaching and guiding your own team of outside sales agents…so 5-10 years of solid sales experience is required for this position. We are expanding our office in 2013, so there will be opportunity for advancement in the near future.

Skills and characteristics we are looking for:
  • 5 to 10 years of sales experience - background in phone sales a definite plus
  • High energy, competitive, and enthusiastic in person and on the phone
  • Confident with your analytical thinking and basic algebra skills
  • You can communicate effectively and professionally in person and over the phone
  • You can motivate others to achieve goals
  • You are smart and flexible enough to learn a new industry
  • Are comfortable with change - this is a fast paced industry that has a lot of twists and turns
