Job Description
Rudolph Community and Care is a rapidly growing in home care service in the SW Metro, specializing in providing quality in home services to individuals in their own home. RCC is committed to providing care that is tailored to the needs of the individuals we serve.
RC&C is currently looking for energetic, creative health care professionals who are passionate about providing quality in home care and teach independent living skills.
Opportunities are now available for daytime, afternoon and overnight positions! Locations within Southwest Metro/Scott County!
The next step in the process is to complete an on-line assessment.
The assessment process will take 20-45 minutes, with a series of multiple questions pertaining to the position that is open.
When you enter the website, you will be asked to make an account, it is required to enter your name and email address, if you would like to be contacted per phone number please enter that as well.
You will then choose the job you are applying for: Direct Support Professional (DSP), or Independent Living Skills Specialist (ILS).
