LEADPERSONS/ROOFERS/LABORERS
CentiMark Corporation, a National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry has an opportunity for experienced Flat Roofing Leadpersons/Roofers/Laborers for the Bloomington, MN office.
Leadpersons Duties and Job Requirements Include:
CentiMark Corporation, a National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry has an opportunity for experienced Flat Roofing Leadpersons/Roofers/Laborers for the Bloomington, MN office.
Leadpersons Duties and Job Requirements Include:
- Help supervise and train crew of 6 to 12 people
- Assist to ensure the crew is operating to optimized safety, service & quality measures.
- Minimum two(2) or more years experience in general roofing.
- Experience with EPDM, TPO & PVC
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and organizational skills a plus.
Job Requirements for all positions:
- A valid state driver’s license (in good standing)/ Have reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
- 18 years of age or older & Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to work Saturday and/or Sunday if needed
- Must pass pre-employment drug test.
- Bilingual also a plus.
