Principal Responsibilities and Key Activities: 
 
General Managers lead the total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation. Some key responsibilities include:
·       Leading operational excellence and the guest experience
·       Role modeling expected behavior and coaches team on hospitality standards
·       Ensuring the shift is appropriately deployed to exceed hospitality and guest standards
·       Hiring, training, retaining, and developing team members that meet the guest experience
·       Executing all in store marketing promotions in a timely and professional manner
·       Involving the entire team by communicating goals, results, and action plans
·       Taking accountability for all controllable profit line items on P&L
·       Executing system to control Cost of Sales to include effective ordering and inventory
·       Executing effective hiring and scheduling to meet Cost of Labor goals
·       Executing processes that ensure the restaurant meets safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards
